Each piece is made to order. My gifts such as horseshoes and garters usually ship out within 2-5 working days. If you need a rush order please feel free to get in touch to ask. Headwear and veils usually ship out in 1-2 weeks. Bespoke pieces are 4-12 week lead-times depending on hat we agree at consultation but can be rushed depending on time of year on request.

I use good old Royal mail and standard 2nd class delivery is included in the price of your piece. If you need this sooner or want to be safely covered for the pieces you can order on next day delivery by 1pm (recommended on more expensive items) Unfortunately, I can’t be held responsible for Royal Mail delays or losses.

I do- again this is via Royal Mail tracked and signed and depends on where to on price. I’ve currently suspended European deliveries until Brexit issues are resolved. I cannot be held responsible for any taxes or duties on your item- these are imposed by the country the item is shipping to and to be paid bu the customer.

I offer refunds on pieces unless they are personalised or bespoke. Faulty personalised or bespoke items can of course be refunded on discussion. Please return your item within 7 days of receipt in original box/packaging and drop me an email regarding this. I do not cover return postage sadly. I would recommend you return via a tracked service in order to ensure you are covered as I can’t be responsible for you its going missing.

This can usually be accommodated! Not everything slightly different has to be bespoke. As I make everything by hand, I can usually make some tweaks. Drop me an email about what you need.

I am afraid I would never copy something another artist/designer has lovingly designed themselves, but I do love to see your Pinterest boards and coupled with my own samples and materials we always come up with a fabulous design!
