Every piece available to purchase via our website will specify a lead-time and the additional time to allow for delivery. In the main, please allow up to two weeks for garters, horseshoes and simpler headpieces and up to eight weeks for larger headpieces, plus a further 2-5 business days for delivery on all products.
If you require your product in a shorter time and/or need it delivering for a specific date then please contact us before placing your order. We can usually accomodate this.
Silver Sixpence goes to every effort to ensure that your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition but occasionally an item can be lost or damaged in transit. If your product has not arrived within five business days of dispatch then please contact us and, if appropriate, we will do our best to issue a replacement in a timely manner, subject to availability.
Silver Sixpence products are beautifully and securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail. Standard delivery is free. Please allow a further 2-5 business days for delivery on top of the specified product lead-time. If you need to ensure that you receive your order on or by a specific date then please contact us before placing your order to request that your item be sent by Special Delivery, at additional cost which we can arrange.
Items for international delivery are sent by Airsure and are charged at £10 for up to three items. Please allow up to 5 business days for the product to arrive into the country plus local delivery time. Silver Sixpence can accept no responsibility for delays due to local delivery procedures.
